Departure from Praiano or Positano, passing through the fabulous Positano Coast and the magical Li-Galli Island, where Ulysses met the sirens. Once in Capri we will visit the island by sea, visiting: White Grotto, Natural Arch, Villa Malaparte, Faraglioni Rocks, Marina Piccola (stop here for a swim) and finally an optional visit to the famous Blue Grotto (entrance ticket not included , to be paid locally). Once in Marina Grande (main port of Capri) we will give 3 or 4 hours of free time. On the return journey there will be the opportunity to swim along the Amalfi Coast. We return to Praiano / Positano around 17:30. Please note! The island tour can be done in the morning or in the afternoon and the itinerary can be subject to change without notice.

We sail slowly along the splendid Amalfi coast, stopping in the most beautiful bays for swimming and admiring all the coves and caves. Sailing along Praiano, the Fiordo di Furore, Conca dei Marini where there is the Emerald Grotto (optional visit to be paid locally). We arrive Amalfi to a small waterfall of fresh spring water.
It’ is possible to stop for lunch in a tipycal restautant located on the private beach of Santa Croce outside of Amalfi to have an excellent 4-course meal with local wine. As an alternative to lunch it is possible to take a break of about 2/3 hours in Amalfi.
Return to Positano / Praiano in the afternoon around 5.30 pm.

Departure from San Marco or from the port of Agropoli, along this stretch of coast, we follow the myth of the Siren Leucosia. Leucosia, means “siren”, according to tradition is one of the three sirens that Ulysses meets in the Odyssey. Legend has it that Leucosia, due to an unrequited love, dived into the sea from a high cliff and turned into rock. There is a small island close to the promontory once connected to the mainland. This is Punta Licosa, that is located in the Castellabate area, a very nice village. The tour includes stops for swimming in inlets that are otherwise difficult to reach, because they are located in the stretch of coast of the Ogliastro Marina reserve, which are part of a private property.
Duration approximately 6 hours. Half day is possible on request.
